On the basis of the sting operation conducted by BJP PM and founder of People for Animals(PFA) Maneka Gandhi’s NGO, Noida police registered has registered FIR against Elvis Yadav and five others. Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan, Ravinath are currently in custody.
Allegations have been made against Elvish Yadav that he used to hold rave parties. In which there was supply of snake venom and also accused of buying and selling of snakes.
According to the police statement they have found 20 ml of Snake venom, 9 poisonous snakes were found from them ( 5 cobra, 1 python, 1 two- headed snake, 1 Rat Snake).
